Let me tell you a little bit about myself. Firstly, I LOVE to cook, it's my passion. I am inspired by the passion of others in the kitchen particularly. I was first inspired to make burger, with cheese on it after i saw a video on youtube! what is great about youtube are all the videos of people on it! i'm truly inspired by all the possibilities of cooking. in particular I hope to discover new recipes by appropriating different techniques. I hope to travel to third world countries and watch how the locals cook and hopefully they can teach me a thing or two! new spices are a great way to introduce people to other worldly cultures from the safety of their own desktop! no need for those pesky shots! or to worry about seeing the less fortunate and needy in the first person! i've done it for you!
